Should Japan continue use nuclear energy

Introduction

Since there is so many accidents happen to the nuclear reactor, many countries have decided to reduce the nuclear reactor or totally be nuclear free. However, Japan is currently not planning to be nuclear free. The argument is that why japan is still using nuclear even them had accident already. There will be two main arguments, for and against. Also I will explain the consequence of using nuclear power.

The first argument will be why japan is still using nuclear, what is the major reasons Japan continue using nuclear.

Second argument will be against it, why it is important to stop using nuclear, what consequence will have if Japan continue using nuclear energy.

Should New Zealand have nuclear energy

Thesis statement

New Zealand is one of few developed coutry that not use nuclear as energy source, because if New Zealand use nuclear, lose will greater then gain.



New Zealand is not a big country, the population is not that much too. And the native energy source are able to supply the energy we need. As long as there is energy supply and it is enough for New Zealand's usage. There is no point to get a nuclear reactor inside New Zealand. Also New Zealand government is focus on using renewable energy, so the nuclear energy is not what New Zealand government want.

The main reason that nuclear energy not work in New Zealand is that it will destroy New Zealand's environment. Nuclear waste will harm New Zealand's land and plant and those waste we still don’t have a good way to dispose it. And the main reason is that NZ will lose the title of clean green country if New Zealand has nuclear.

According to New Zealand's national conditions. Bring nuclear energy into New Zealand will not bring and good effect, nuclear energy has not shown anything good compare to the current energy source. another important reason is that New Zealand does not have anything relate to nuclear, everything have to depend on other coutries, that will leads to hand over some political power.

There is no reason that New Zealand should import nuclear energy. Nuclear will provide massive amount of energy, but in New Zealand, we dont need extra energy and this cost of build a nuclear reactor in New Zealand is way more then other coutry. Another point is that we only provide when its needed, there is no point to get something that nobody need. Thats how nuclear energy sound to New Zealand, nobody needs it.

The fact that New Zealand do not need nuclear power is that all the current nuclear reactor design is too big for NZ, the reality is NZ's power system does not support larger amount of energy. Just say if we build a nuclear reactor in NZ, and it will supply power for NZ for about 30 years, but it will harm NZ's land for 100000years. What kind of people will do that?
